​Cancellations & refunds ~ we're here for you

• We hope you can travel as planned, but if not, please reach out.

• If you cancel 48 hours or more before your check-in date, we will gladly provide a full refund.

• No refund will be issued if you cancel within 48 hours of check-in.

• If you book through a third-party booking site (such as Airbnb or Booking.com) your reservation may be subject to that channel’s terms and conditions if they differ from The Louie Boutique Motel’s. Please check the site where you originally booked your trip.

Comings & goings ~ check-in & check-out info

• Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at Noon. 

• It is a no-contact process where we'll send you all your info digitally and a personal code for your suite's digital door lock.

• We have free parking in our lot and on NW Coast Street in front of the motel.

Friendly reminders ~ just so you know

• No contents of the motel suite may be missing or damaged during your stay. The guest is liable for any damage to the property that requires special cleaning or replacing/repairing items. We will charge the guest's credit card for any missing or damaged items after check-out.

• We'll text the registered guest an easy, helpful digital guide that provides all the information needed for your specific room.

• All Louie Motel rules and policies must be followed by guests. Placing your reservation is assent to follow all policies. Failure to do so may result in fines or, in the case of severe violations, eviction.

 

​The Jordan Lounge ~ a little luxurious common space

• All guests are welcome to use The Lounge, but please no unattended children.

• No dogs allowed in The Lounge, please.

• Notice: there is visual surveillance; please do not misuse this quaint common space.

Pet guests ~ we love dogs & dogs love The Louie

• Dogs are welcome at our motel but must be registered in advance and paid before arrival. The Louie Boutique Motel does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors.

• Please note that our pet guests are not allowed on furniture or any of the bedding. There should be no evidence of our pet friends upon your departure – no chewed or damaged furniture or household items, no excessive dog hair, no accidents in the room, no odors, no stains, no scratches, and no piles of doggy droppings around the room (inside or out). Kindly clean up after your pooch while on The Louie property. Evidence of dogs will result in an appropriate charge after your departure.

Fresh air policy ~ ocean air is the best air

• The Louie Boutique Motel is a smoke-free environment.

• For the health and safety of all our guests, there is no smoking allowed in or around the Motel, which includes the courtyard patios and private back decks attached to the rooms. Smoking means any type of inhaling/exhaling, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or any form. Violations will result in a minimum $500 fine.  Thank you for your consideration.

Lost & found ~ keep your stuff 

• We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, but we always try to reconnect lost things with their owners.

• If you leave something in your room, please contact us ASAP and not more than two weeks from your departure date (call or email info@thelouiemotel.com) and we will do our best to reunite you with your forgotten item. If your item is located, we will then be able to provide a quote for return shipping/handling costs. Items not claimed within two weeks will be donated to a local charity.

Quiet hours ~ enjoy your tunes...and the quiet time

• Quiet hours: Daily from 10 pm to 9 am, but loud music and parties are never allowed.

• If neighbors can hear you between 10 pm and 9 am, you will be in violation of both Louie Motel policy and City Ordinances, so this may result in fines or eviction.

 

Age ~ 26 is our magic number

• The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.​

Outdoor heated/jetted tub in #3 ~ gardenside bubbles

• Keep the hot tub covered and locked at all times when not in use and follow the posted precautions and guidelines for safe tub use. 

• Don't put anything other than yourself in the tub, please. You are enough!

• No eating, drinking, or smoking in the tub.

• Per CDC safety guidelines, no children under the age of 6 are allowed in the heated/jetted tub.  Children 6-18 must be supervised at all times.

• No one tired, sick, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol should use the garden hot tub.

• Leave the jetted tub immediately if you experience discomfort like thirst, pain, nausea, dizziness, or headaches. Use of the heated/jetted tub is at the occupants’ risk.

Sauna in #5 ~ sweat it out, safely

• The sauna door must be kept closed when not in use.

• Please limit your time in the sauna to a maximum of 10-15 minutes as we prefer that guests don't get baked on the property.

• No one tired, sick, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol should use the sauna.

• No children under 6 years of age. Children 6-18 should not sauna for more than 10 minutes and must be under adult supervision at all times.

• Please do not bring anything into the sauna other than yourself -- you are enough!

• Absolutely no smoking, drinking, or eating in the sauna.

• Leave the sauna immediately if you experience discomfort like thirst, pain, nausea, dizziness, or headaches. Use of the sauna is at the occupants’ own risk.

• We respect and are committed to protecting your online privacy.

• We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our website. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page(s) you visited.

• We will never sell your personally identifiable information to anyone, for any reason.​

• Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.​​
